This is by the side of the Arlanda Express terminal in Stockholm. (The Arlanda Express is yet another example of 'public private financing' ending up with the tax payers, this time Swedish ones, getting too little for their money. You can get to/from the airport much cheaper and not much slower.)

Anyway, I liked the sight of the bikes in the snow, especially the last one…
